Route 2: Natural Gas Mine.- It is the second most visited route, by the magic of Nature, cooking on the Najembaime River.
After a pleasant walk along a natural road with a smell of jungle and noise of birds and the river, you will reach the Natural Gas Mine, with an approximate time of 3 hours of the entire route.
Approximately 100 meters before reaching the Natural Gas Mine, you can smell a different environment, as it is the emanation of Methane gas, when you arrive at the place you can see that there are bubbles on the water due to the exit of said gas, this is in many places but there is a part of greater concentration, putting your hand under the bubbles feels a very small temperature difference.
With rudimentary elements and by way of proof, this gas METHANE that leaves the subsoil product of the decomposition of organic matter is captured or accumulated with very basic equipment and can be cooked on water, its concentration and quantity are very low and does not represent any danger on the contrary it causes much admiration, enthusiasm and surprise about This wonder of Nature.
The magic and the most exciting part of this route ends after checking that you can cook on the water, using the Methane gas that leaves the subsoil, there are two types of cooking tests on a water, a quick one that cooks something simple by way of rehearsal and the other that I demand more time and you can make a lunch on the water and the most impressive thing is to eat in leaves in a very natural way, sitting on the banks of the river.
